Drive Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have a current, valid Class A CDL issued by your state of residence
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent, verifiable driving experience
- Must meet the minimum physical qualification as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation, part 391.41
- No more than two moving violations in the past twelve months
- No major "at fault" accidents within the last five years
- No reckless, careless, driving while intoxicated or under the influence within the last 5 years
Equipment Requirements (16'-24' straight truck or tractor)
- Must be able to provide a copy of recent Annual Vehicle Inspection
- Must be able to provide a proof of Bobtail insurance
- Must be able to provide proof of Collision insurance
- Must be able to provide proof of Occupational Accidental insurance
- Must have apportioned plate (prefer Eastern 36, but minimum of MI, OH, KY) (tractor only)
- Must be able to provide a copy of truck title (front and back) with your name listed
- Must provide a copy of stamp, paid 2290 (tractor only)
- Must be Inc. or have DBA
- Must be able to provide a copy of cab card or registration
